General Company Terms and Conditions

This policy refers to the General Company Terms and Conditions offered by the Kiyomeru PH website.

Definition of Terms:

Patron - Refers to individual availing of the Unlimited Package services both the regular and VIP variant

Kiyomeru PH - the laundry service provider

 

The following are the Terms and Conditions:

  1. Patrons may use our commercial washing machines and dryers on the assumption that they are well aware of the nuances of the technology including but not limited to possible color bleed for white and colored clothes, shrinkage of clothes, expansion of clothes leading to overloading and incomplete washing, and damage of delicate garments. We kindly request our patrons to refer to the individual clothing tags to ensure they are compatible with our machines.

  2. Patrons who avail of self-service are responsible for their clothes and Kiyomeru PH cannot be indemnified for damages due to wrong loading and misuse of the normal functions of the machines. This also covers loss of clothing items as the Patrons are the ones directly handling their clothes. Machine related malfunctions leading to damages of clothes will be the responsibility of Kiyomeru PH.
  3. Our staff at Kiyomeru Laundry Services ensures delicate handling of clothing items for patrons who avail of the FOLD service, and as such will refrain from handling clothes that appear already damaged, have unusual folding patterns, and items that are well and beyond not suitable for machine washing (Wedding/Ball Gowns, silk material, shoes, etc)
  4. Patron is responsible for correct itemization prior to dropping it off our service. Kiyomeru PH will not be responsible for any loose items such as coins, jewelry, watches, etc.
  5. Any damaged or lost items shall be reported immediately within 24 hours from delivery at any of our contact numbers. Items reported after will not be granted compensation.
  6. Kiyomeru PH may reimburse Patrons with value equivalent to service or cash but not exceeding five times the cost of the cleaning regardless of brand, price, and condition of the item. After compensation is made, Kiyomeru PH reserves the right to keep the claimed damaged item. All laundry items left unclaimed beyond 1 month will be disposed for donations.
