Unlimited Package Terms and Conditions

This policy refers to the products Unlimited Package and VIP Unlimited Package offered by the Kiyomeru PH website.

Definition of Terms:

Patron - Refers to individual availing of the Unlimited Package services both the regular and VIP variant

Kiyomeru PH - the laundry service provider

Unlimited Package - Refers to two products/subscriptions offered, namely 

UNLIMITED Monthly Pick Up and Delivery | Wash | Dry | Fold | and 

VIP UNLIMITED Monthly Pick Up and Delivery | Wash | Dry | Fold | Press |

The following Terms and Conditions apply:

  1. The Unlimited Package is for Patrons who are over 18 years of age with the assumption that they have read the Terms and Conditions for this offer before financial commitment to the subscription.
  2. Interval of the subscription is 28 calendar days (4 weeks) and will renew automatically if using the website portal. For Patrons paying manually through Kiyomeru PH personnel, subscription ends automatically unless Patron pays upfront for the month to renew his/her subscription.
  3. Availment of unlimted laundry services shall only be rendered by Kiyomeru PH for Patrons with active subscription.
  4. Assumption of Kiyomeru PH is that each subscription is exclusive to one Patron only, defined as one individual, and not as a group of people. This falls under the notion of Fair Use, meaning the laundry load per Patron is reasonable for a monthly load based on previous research data as well as history of previous Patrons.
  5. Kiyomeru PH will keep track of this Fair Use Policy, strongly advising Patrons to send their own personal clothes. Scrub suits and other items with different names not of the Patron is discouraged to be sent to our unlimited service.
  6. Kiyomeru PH will also not accept new items for pick-up from the same Patron while there is still pending clothes to be washed by our service. Once delivery is done, Patron can resend a new batch of clothes. There is no limit to how much weight or amount, however, the service is still subjected to the Fair Use Policy.
  7. Kiyomeru PH usual turnaround time for the Unlimited Package is around 24-48 hours for the UNLIMITED Monthly Pick Up and Delivery | Wash | Dry | Fold | and 72 - 96 hours for the VIP UNLIMITED Monthly Pick Up and Delivery | Wash | Dry | Fold | Press |. Kiyomeru PH will inform Patrons if there is significant delays, or if the clothes will be delivered earlier than expected.
  8. For any concerns and disputes, Kiyomeru PH reserves the right to honest and respectful dialogue with the Patron concerned, and encourage photo or video documentation of incidents that Kiyomeru PH can review.
  9. This Unlimited Package Terms and Conditions still fall under the General Terms and Conditions of Kiyomeru PH with regards to the use of machines, etc.
